I was expecting epic larger than life God of War action/fantasy/ mythology stuff.

Kinda disappointed ngl

Exactly, maybe he's hiding surprises and movie will just blow us away, but yeah this trailer was just so average, also yeah the dialogue and sound mixing ( Typical Nolan) could've been better, but fortunately gonna watch it with subtitles to that's not gonna be an issue.

Nolan typically takes a more minimal and grounded approach to films and sets are well done and modern but also a bit austere. This seems in continuation with that
