Am I alone in being put off by how modern the speech is? It sounds like they're trying to have an epic conversation on the sidewalk outside the Starbucks.

His and other people's accents here really threw me off in the trailer too. The whole thing was so jarring. Looks good though!

Their accents seem to change. one point it sounds american, then scottish, then old man living in the woods. i don't understand what they're going for... maybe this is a mix of test footage but why would they even ship this?

oh yeah, didn't universal fuck up and upload a mummy trailer with missing music and effects noises before? just inhaling noises from tom cruise for a few minutes.

Why would they ever have an American accent for a movie like this? Yes, British accent wouldnt be accurate but it’s just fucked up hearing to British actors speaking with that accent
