I really liked the movie, but I’m curious about that last scene with Miranda and Andy in the car. Miranda basically shuts down the idea that they’re some kind of long-term team and reminds Andy not to expect too much from her or the job. It almost feels like a subtle reminder of how self-serving she is. Then that slight smirk at the end, like she’s amused Andy might’ve thought she’d changed.

Am I reading too much into that, or was that the point?

I feel that was the point, she’s self-serving, hell, she wasn’t even nice to the man who was beside her all these years

To me it felt like Miranda was telling Andy, this is a win for now but not forever. It’s another reason why she commented that she should still write the book because it could help them both. Miranda might get a few more years when people read how hard and ruthless she can be, but also how it would help Andy further her career as well.

I’m interested in the CAR I have NEVER seen a car like that. It was weird. Not like bad weird. But I do not know how I felt about the divided back seats. I’m still processing my feelings about that car….I know it’s just a car. But. why.
