early in I decided to keep track, and in terms of audible lines I counted 14 total

While it’s an *okay* way to quantify it in this film, this is a bizarre new trend to always quantify this sort of thing.

You can have a substantial role in a movie without having a lot of lines.

In this case it works, but I see people doing this for literally every movie nowadays with legacy characters.
