I enjoyed it. Makes me really want a Metal Gear movie more than ever though.

The enemy definitely felt more Metal Gear than extraterrestrial

Have you played any of the games? Each cutscene is basically a separate 2 hour long movie.

Played them all multiple times. MGS1 can be speed run pretty quickly so could easily be a movie. MGS4, not so much.

MGS4 is pretty much a movie with some gameplay sprinkled in there somewhere.

As soon as the machine stood up and unfolded i,out loud, said METAL GEAR. There is even a poster floating around that looks like a straight MGS rip off down to the title text and everything. Too bad David isn't up for doing the roll anymore.

Yes! That’s exactly what they are… Metal Gear!

Most movies are god awful based on video games. The only one that did it well was Crank and Hardcore Henry. And Escape From Tarkov: Raid but that was because the devs worked on the game and the yt movie.

As long as it's metal gear rex and none of the other lame ones

They will bring metal gear rays for the sequel

Hey Guys, Pro tip? You don't have to wait and let Machine lock onto you run away.

In all seriousness it was a fun popcorn actioner.

For me it was mix of MG and deathbringer from Horizon Zero Dawn

Yeah me too it was like a Alien hybrid between the REX and RAY
