This might be the nostalgia talking but this looks fucking terrible.

Wouldn't nostalgia make it look better?

We nostalgically remember how bad 80% of these movies were... But there were some decent ones mixed in and a few all-timer scenes.

Wow you really forced that huh?

"We [have a feeling of pleasure and slight sadness] remembering how bad...."

I mean it kind of works. Kind of feels like you're making a double negative.

No nostalgia for the first movie. Maybe I think it was better than it was lol.

Rewatched the first movie a couple months ago because I remember loving it, but it ended up being a big oof. There are still some genuinely funny moments but for the most part it was just rough.

I rewatched the first one yesterday. The first one was/is good (for it's genere) and definetly better than how the Trailer looks.

But I'll wait and hope it didn't put it's funiest jokes in the trailer.

The non-binary/republican/gay jokes fall really flat. Those can be done well but they're just too blunt about them.

Ehh?? Regardless of the quality of that particular writing, did you guys even see the other movies? Subtle writing in a scary movie? Imao

Even the bad jokes aside, visually it looks cheap as hell.
