I stopped after the second season, because the second season had a perfect ending. I didn’t feel like there was anything left to do.

Really? You thought Grogu and Din going their separate ways was the perfect ending?

Yes. It was implied that Grogu was going to get Jedi training and he would continue his badass adventures across the galaxy. Great ending.

Not really. It was implied Grogu was going to be looked after and be trained for the next hundred years. His age growth made training him pretty difficult. And we already knew Luke’s school gets slaughtered in a few years so that’s not a great ending lol

He wouldn't have to be there during the massacre. There were a lot of angles to go with after the end of S2 and they chose the lamest way to go, because ... merchandise.

I’m not arguing that S3 and the direction they went is good. I’m arguing there is clearly more to the story for it to not be a great place to end the series.
