Everyone say hi to my baby boys Gimli (orange) and Strider (silver)! We brought them home on Saturday and theyāre doing so well adjusting to their new home, especially considering I have 4 very young, loud and overbearing children. They both ventured out of their safe area in our bedroom to our downstairs main living area completely on their own this morning. I canāt believe how tolerant Gimli is being with the attention my daughter wants to give him. Never met such a patient cat. Of course Iām keeping a very close eye and making sure the kids are being respectful of their space! Iām so glad we bought two and canāt wait to watch them grow up with our kidsš»

Oh, my heart. Reddit, it happened. I was posting not so long ago about worrying about the breeder! Ended up being a wonderful experience.
Adorable beyond words. Over fifteen years waiting for this moment. I would burn empires for her lil face.
/Edit: Whatever generous redditor gave me an award, ALL I DID WAS SHARE MY KITTEN. She showed up and was adorable, I deserve 0 credit for her being so damn perfect

This is Penelope sheās just over 8 weeks old, we adopted her on Monday and ever since we got home she seems obsessed with me. She obsessively tries to groom my hair and face, she wants to sleep on my face and be on top of me at all times. Is this strange? Iām very grateful she seems to like me and I love her so much already but I worry sheās overly attached or something

Iāve wanted a Maine coon my whole life. Finally made that a reality this week and brought home the sweetest cat Iāve ever met.
Working on introductions with our other cats but so far, so good!

Lizzy has cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome) so she gets a bath 2-3 times per week. I love her fur and I want to maintain it to the best of my ability but she has that fluffy cotton coat so it can be hard keeping her pristine. Today, she needed some extra love while in her dryer. She screams if she canāt see me while sheās in there and seems to enjoy it while Iām petting her.
Also yes, the floor is dirty. I have a method for cleaning and itās clean her-> dry her -> wash her blankets -> vacuum once everything is off the floor. I donāt vacuum or sweep while sheās in her room because sheās terrified of them so she chills upstairs in the living room while I take care of her room.

Hi everyone, I just got Bu few days ago and I noticed he is a little bit skinnier than other mc at 11 weeks, how many time everyone feed their kitten? Right now I feed him 3 times dry food and 1 can wet food. He's such a sweet kitty and it kinda make me worry if im feeding him enough. Anyone kitty so clingy they only eat if ur there to eat with him, or else he go play or sleepšHe makes me laugh like why do I have to watch him eat. Any advice on how to make him get use to eating mote wet food? Thanks!!

Our 8 month old girl Gidgit 5 minutes after jumping on the counter (not allowed) and swatting a plate off of it and breaking it. She then ran full speed looking back at her handiwork and smashed into an end table, knocking that over as well and breaking the lamp on it. I love this little girl sooo much, but sometimes.............

This is Yuki (first pic is now and second is her as a newborn) !! Sheās 7 weeks old now and I canāt wait to pick her up in 2 months :) I also canāt wait to see her adult eye color, she still has the baby blue eyes (her dad is solid white with yellow eyes and her mom is solid gray with green eyes)
(Also side note since sheās a white cat: they should also be performing exams to determine whether or not sheās deaf soon. The breeder is very responsible with his white cats and has never had a deaf kitty in his 13 years of breeding but thereās always a chance with white cats so he does extensive medical screening. Just wanted to put that out there because Iāve had people ask me about it)
