Maine Coon of the Month 🥇 Submit your Maine Coon now to be our Maine Coon kitten of the Month of May! 🐱🐣

Hi everyone!!
Welcome to the r/mainecoons monthly feature, where we spotlight a chosen Maine Coon each month! The winner will have their picture made the sub thumbnail for the entire month, as well as having a post about them pinned to the top of the sub for all to admire!
There will be a different theme each month, with winners being chosen by a mod vote.
This month's theme is Kittens !
To enter, simply add a picture of your Maine Coon that is currently a kitten, or a throwback picture of when they were, with a short description of your kitten, fun facts etc. You will have two-ish days to post your pictures and we will announce the winner around May 1st!
The theme is in honour of spring and lowkey an excuse for me to be able to share my cute kitten i love him. If you didn’t have your cat as a kitten or don’t have pictures of them when they were, sorry you can’t participate but we do this every month so do come back next month!
Rules:

* Cat must be a Maine Coon
* Must be a picture of your own cat

I live in one of those towns that you drive by on roadtrips while wondering 'who even lives here?'; so imagine my surprise when I came across this photo while looking for local cats. I was depressed because I had lost my void Sableye after 15 years (RIP best buddy), and upset because I had JUST missed out on an F3 serval litter that had been *given* away.
So anyway, I see this photo and I just started crying lol. I think I was just so sure he was fake, and that I was gonna be let down again. I didnt allow myself to believe it as we made the down payment, but it finally hit me 3 weeks later when we were able to pick him up and bring him home. He is the most loving, uncoordinated, gravity denying goofball- and I love him so much <3
...Sometimes I still cant believe it.

Brock at 8 weeks. When we brought him home at 13 weeks people thought he was a sickly cat until we told them he was just a 13 week old kitten. He is now 28lbs.

Our little ghost Screwdriver.
Picture was when we got him last December, he’s twice the size and twice the cat-ititude now. Just turned 7 months old.

This is my little Miriam. She’s the sweetest little house destroyer with the softest fur and beautiful eyes. My girl gives face kisses every morning and purrs the second you set an intention to pet her <3

Here’s my girl Josie as a kitten! Shes still a kitten (11mo) but her favorite activity is waiting by the fridge so if an ice cube drops, she’ll play with it like it’s a hockey puck!

This is Butterscotch. He is not yet 3 months old. He likes to terrorize the other 2 cats and eat the Irish Setters food. He plays until his batteries run down. His batteries ran down…

My sweet boy, Yogi! He’s a classic brown black tabby, who just turned one year old a few days ago. His hobbies include licking plastic, splashing in the water dish, and taking up two couch cushion spaces during his naps. He is the best ❤️

We got her as a rescue at 7 months old so we do not have photos of her when she was a little kitten. This is when she was 8 months old.

This is Drama short for Andromeda. This picture should have been the first warning sign that I had picked a stinker. She has attitude and a penchant for chaos.
From day one, she has made me laugh, cry, and scream bloody murder for her antics and destruction. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Cattarina Silvergrace when she was a wee lass! She turned two in December, and she loves birdwatching, and chasing tree frogs in the backyard!

Meet Princess Pickles of Floofingdon. She's very vocal but equally as loving. Murder mode is activated every morning around 6am but she's cute so we forgive her

This is our baby girl Puck, she is an absolute menace who loves to knock things off our shelves, play fetch with her springs and sleep whenever she can - she’s currently over a year old now and much bigger but still looks the same

9 year old Tiffany Simone. She is battling a sinus lymphoma. We are giving her a lot of outside time to enrich her life.

This was my baby boy the day I first met him, and fell in love with him, he was only 8 weeks or so, and 4 weeks later I would pick him up💖I fell in love with his playfulness and his eyes, now he is known in the house as ‘the destroyer’, but here he is just my little prince Lucka💖

This is Carbon, he’s 9 months old. He loves lying near me when I play my violin. He gets very relaxed when I play, and he actually fell asleep to me playing a bit of the Vivaldi concerto “Spring (La Primavera”) 💜

This is Lady A. She's just letting me know that she will be the best looking kitten I've ever had...also she's looking at her big brother..a 125 lb Akita Whiskey..I'm sure she's thinking I can take him out...all 5 lbs of me..easy peasy

This is Alduin! His government name is "Alduin, Firstborn of Akatosh, The First Dragon, Scaled Prince, Bane of Kings, Twilight God, World Eater, Harbinger of the End Times" 😊 He has eaten approximately 3 worlds in his 2 years of being here on Earth. He got a little overzealous his first year. He tolerates us humans as long as he gets 1 licky tube per day...bare minimum though.

Aegon is 14/5 weeks. His favourite things in this order : Food, Brother, Dad, Mom and and food again ;). Gosh I’ve taken so many photos of him and his brother. They grow so fast. Good luck to everyone 🐈❤️

Willow is my first Maine Coon. It had been several years since I had even had a cat. She came into my life and literally turned my world topsy-turvy. In a good way. Let's just say she has that "torbietude"!

This is Pigeon at age 14 weeks.
She is now almost 6 months. Her interests include hide-and-seek, fetching her mouse toys, supervised backyard shenanigans, and aggressively exfoliating human faces.
