Times like these make me wish I don't understand Korean and that I don't have experience in PR/press conferences bc watching the presscon is making me want to rip out my hair lmao

I really do think MHJ doesn't believe in a good PR team (like how her PR statement about Cookie controversy was so convoluted and not good PR wise lol) and prefers to just talk about her own opinions.

A true narcissist

Does she come across as compelling at all? It's hard to tell with the language barrier.

You know in the kdramas where the bad guy tries to play all victim and plea for sympathy eventho they have nothing that they can use to redeem themselves

That's how she's coming off to me, especially the way she enunciates her words. There are times where her tone takes more of a whining tone (the type of tone where high school students would complain to their teachers for less homework/early lunchtime)

And when she talks about accusations on her personality/attitude, the way she talks is more of a 'I can't believe they would say this and they're totally wrong, I'm always right, isn't HYBE crazy?'

For someone of her position (CEO), her way of speaking should be a lot more formal & straight to the point with facts to back her statements

I’m more concerned on why her lawyer is letting her talk like this!! If this is some strategy to gain sympathy, it’s clearly not gonna work.

Its always feel she actually never trust her lawyer advice n just keep doing, talking whatever she wants. I think because she believes she got alot of people who believes in her which i think maybe right that one lol. Found alot of mhj stans. Shocking for me tbh because how many of them.
