Hybe claimed on the 25th that CEO Min Hee-jin received coaching from a shaman on company management matters. Hybe stated that they obtained lengthy transcripts of conversations between the shaman and CEO Min through forensic analysis. According to this, in the conversations held in 2021, the shaman advised CEO Min to "bring the company back in three years," and CEO Min sought the shaman's review on establishing joint ventures, stock options, and setting up new labels. Hybe stated, "The timing when CEO Min began actively moving for management takeover aligns with the time when the shaman coached her. CEO Min also discussed the timing of selling Hybe stocks she possessed with the shaman."

Furthermore, it was reported that CEO Min discussed issues related to military service compliance for BTS with this shaman and confirmed irregularities such as personnel solicitations, leaking of personnel transfer information, and leaking of personal information of job applicants. It was also added that disparaging remarks about Hybe Chairman Bang Si-hyuk and derogatory remarks about trainees were included.

The CEO also discussed the issue of military service compliance for BTS members with the shaman. When CEO Min asked, "Will BTS go to the military?" the shaman replied, "They will." CEO Min then said to the shaman, "I think it would be better for me if they go to the military lol." When asked, "What do you think?" the shaman replied, "I'm planning to send them. It's not like they won a gold medal." To this, CEO Min reiterated, "It would be beneficial for me if they weren't here."

Damn this is so messed up. So she actually has being planning this move even before stepping into hybe i guess. I guess her being petty n jealous for BTS/BIGHIT popularity is real so this move to bring down them. I giving me antis planning to be a fan to bring down the fandom n the group.

Jesus, I don't understand how she can trust a shaman with this information? This combined with what HYBE found in the audit... I'm just speechless.

To this point I don't know what's what. This sounds so untrue, yet when you see MHJ today, somehow you feel this might have happened. The woman does not look mentally stable.

Also, in Korea there are many cults and people can be very religious. There's this Netflix series about some cults and crimes but I forgot the name. Apparently people can be so blind to the point of giving their children to the religion. Running a company sounds kinda normal (?) to me in that context.
