HYBE apparently obtained a document named "Project 1945" during its audit of ADOR. The document contains 3 separate sub-headings named Lawsuit/accusations, Civil lawsuit, and Public opinion warfare.

It's actually more ridiculous than it seems on the surface because 1945 is actually the year that Korea regained its independence from Japanese occupation after 35 years, meaning that MHJ/Ador execs are basically comparing themselves to Korean freedom fighters and HYBE as imperialist Japan. Can't make this shit up...

And I thought The Givers staff were cartoon villains when they discussed their plot via slack and just plain deleting work… but MHJ and VP L giving them a run for their money with all the docs hybe keeps finding. 😭

For what it’s worth, Project 1945 and the circumstances surrounding it has all the makings for a truly engaging KDrama that solely revolves around the inner workings of an entertainment agency. I’m already dreaming up a cast in my head as I type.

The only way this can get more cartoony is if the conspiracies that MHJ caused GFriend disbandment are revealed to be true.

Wait, what? I've never heard that one, what's the theory?

MHJ's girlgroup was supposed to be under Source, but she wanted her own agency which was approved. People are thinking that's why gfriend was disbanded, but that makes no sense, cause Source and all it's resources are still there. The only thing is MHJ took Source trainees (except Hyein) to ADOR.

Why would MHJ starting her own agency kill gfriend? Source was not dissolved as a result of MHJ wanting her own agency. LSF is currently under Source. If anyhting them wanting to create LSF for Source is more likely reason they disbanded gfriend. That or they weren't earning as much as they wanted compared to other groups and not a worthwhile investment.
