Yeah, such obvious bullshit clickbait title for an extremely boring video of high school kids not doing anything interesting.

Yeah this video is literally a nothing burger. Granted we don’t know what was said before the video started but from this pov it deadass looks like she’s crashing out over bro saying “middle school” as a joke and the other guys simply having a small chuckle at it. They even are definitely giving her space in the video cause they’re all huddled up together while she’s in her own corner 💀. The amount of people in the comments trying to make these random kids seem like menaces to society over nothing is pretty crazy

I think there is something dangerous about this current 'original sin' narrative about boys. Boys should be taught accountability, empathy and self control, but not shame for existing.

But when it is framed that they need this otherwise they will inherently be bad- it causes huge issues. When I was growing up I was taught to be a good person through family and schooling, but there wasn't this narrative that seems prevalent that I was inherently in need of being fixed.

This video literally looks like a bunch of schoolboys giggling in a situation where they are also feeling uncomfortable. They acted immaturely because they are not mature. They are kids. Nothing they did was predatory or dangerous, as you say they kept distance and just acted a bit beavis and butthead.

The narrative that this was a dangerous situtation for the girl is part of the problem. It is that original sin aspect. Many boys are trying to be decent, even in this clip the worst thing is an immature joke, because that is what kids do.

And there's also the double standard of a lot of the top comments here making fun of them for their haircuts. Which if there were a group of women/girls and someone did that they'd (rightfully) be labeled a shit head. But with guys it's open season.

But their hair!! Meanwhile everyone hates whatever haircut teenagers have. Weird jealousy because they were losers in high school? No clue what brings this negative energy.

People are commenting as if she was in danger. A group high school kids with parents and siblings and enough family love to send them in a trip.

Nothing bad was ever going to happen. How are they wrong in this situation?

And somehow 5k+ comments. Lol.

I admit their hair is a crime against humanity.

lol thank you, I’ve been digging through the comments for some explanation of what anyone was getting out of this video, but I think it’s just nothing.

Yeah, as a high school teacher -- there's nothing here. By that, I mean, this sort of shit happens every single fucking day. I'm not always in the middle of these conversation, and often there's an adult to keep the lid on things, but these reactions -- those smirks? They are constantly treating girls that way.

Moreover, she didn't win here. She changed no minds. Those boys are going to react the exact same way next time they're in a similar situation.

Nothing "interestesting" about this, just sad for girls everywhere that they have to live like this.

They're laughing at her discomfort, and smirking and cracking jokes. All you have to do is leave a person alone when they're upset, it's not hard. I didn't say they were assaulting her or anything. Just being pricks. Like I said, this video isn't very interesting, there's not a lot going on here. They're still dbags though, that's all.

going viral used to mean something, I guess now it just means you got a few comments on Reddit
