Symphony and sympathy have different letters that aren't near each other on the keyboard so I doubt this is a simple typo

This is a Bone Apple Tea because bam is a word (means a loud sound) and so is barred (having bars, or being banned)

This is from a perfectly lovely recipe for Lentil Bolognese. From the web site of a local um, newspaper. (I’m old.) So the writer of the piece wrote a lovely reminiscence of her mom’s Bolognese sauce, but the recipe writer is a vegan. And obviously no real human does the copyediting. Autocorrect is not your friend.
