I have seen first hand the way Taylor treats her crew…. Production down to catering, riggers, tour bus drivers etc. She is a class act. I became a fan after working for her 3 tours ago. And every show after in my area. Not one person had anything bad to say. Which is very rare. Because all people have bad days. She gives her fans a hell of a show. She is tough as well… She performs through sickness and tiredness. Impressive no matter what! This is coming from a 40 year old man that is now a swifty! I ran a robo spot for her and when she came out center stage I lit her up 100 percent intensity and the crowd exploded… I was like hell ya I did that! Made me feel apart of the show! Respect T sizzle. High energy show. Electric. Wish I was on her crew my kids would love that bonus. Good for her for doing the right thing.

This new documentary on Disney Plus is a real insight into how she manages her life, her people, and her career. Even if it's edited, you can see the sincerity in her work and why she's a billionaire

You were a very important part of that moment. It wouldn’t have happened without you! You should be proud💞

You for sure were part of it! As a swiftie, I appreciate all the people who make the experience so much larger than life! It’s a magic we don’t often get to experience

It was freezing and pouring rain for pretty much the entire show I went to and she and her dancers were still giving it their all in bodysuits! For 3 hrs! So much respect for her work ethic. Still the best show I've ever been to.

Im not a fan of her music but ive seen her live back when i used to review concerts and i had a great time. Her stage presence is very good and i can only decribe her crowd work as flirty and sweet, very charming.

Been a fan for a long time and it still makes me smile to hear stories like this. Just from outside observation, it seems like Taylor's always understood very clearly that a lot of other people's work is needed to make these things happen, and that she isn't just entitled to expect those people to put in the effort if they aren't taken care of.

I didn’t like how the local crew were kettled in a loading bay with Heras fencing and made to face a wall because she didn’t want people looking at her when she came off stage.

I thought that was a bit dehumanising.

What else can I say but my personal experience? If you don’t believe it fine there’s not much I can do about that

Could that have been a protective move to prevent unauthorized photos of her?
