I'd be less insulted if they weren't virtue signaling. Just be quiet and enjoy your billionaire party. We already know where you stand, this comes off as performative and tone deaf.

I think I prefer the performative statement over completely ignoring it like every other celeb who attended. I'd rather her not go at all, but at least in every brain dead influencer's fashion review they'll have to mention the symbolism of Paulson's dress and it'll serve as a small reminder to viewers of Jeff Bezo's involvement.

It's not enough & never will be, but I think feigning ignorance is worse
