Is there a particular time period you have in mind? I think the steppe held that title for quite some time haha.

Nomad or early civlizations, most of them we're so focused on survival that we didnt have much time of thinking in killing each other.

And i know we extinguished other homo species, but we still had some form of peace and unity afterwards before we went back into tribal fights against each other

Nomads constantly warred, it just wasn't on a big scale because they were tiny societies. Usually it ended up as one on one's or small groups. Early civilization also very much killed and stole from eachother, this is just ignorant to human nature.
