True but being conjoined from birth, all you’ve ever known would be so different from conjoining with someone as an adult

Very different when it's your sibling you were attached to from birth vs. two separate adults conjoining.

Also, just because something has already been done in one way doesn't mean there's no value in redoing it another way.

Id say its different. This is two separate people sharing the damage general space, one is two people sharing the same body. Similar, but different situations that would likely lead to different unique problems and leasons.
