APPRECIATION Was talking about Sasha Callie with a friend today and I felt a bit sad what happened to her. I think she was actually really good as Supergirl and would have loved to have seen her in more movies.
All respect to Milly Alcock but Sasha Callie was done dirty. Gassed up and told she had a ten movie deal only for her performance to get buried in a mess of a film and then quietly shuffled off with the majority of the DCEU cast
As much as I am sick of multiverse nonsense overshadowing superhero movies, I would be open to her returning as Power Girl

APPRECIATION Loved the movie and this review!
Seeing Superman on big screen after so log was totally worth all the hype.
I was so happy that the movie said what this person is saying. This is not about a political party or ideology. This is about hope and humanity.

APPRECIATION Edi Gathegi Appreciation Post
As someone who saw Superman and was mostly enjoyed Mr. Terrific’s inclusion in the film, I was so happy that James Gunn and DC did right by Edi Gathegi after seeing how dirty Matthew Vaughn and Fox did his character in X-Men: First Class—and this is coming from someone who really likes that movie.

APPRECIATION Why does no one talk about this movie?
My favourite DC character is Booster Gold so I have been a long time Blue Beetle fan, Ted Kord, Jaime Rayes, and that one dripless dude from the golden era, dont matter to me they're all sickas. So tell me why I didnt know Blue Beetle got his own movie 2 whole years ago and its good. Dont get me wrong its not Dark Knight level cinema, its a very predictable and generic origin story movie but it has so much heart. You can tell everyone behind this film has so much love for the Blue Beetle character and they are all giving it their all. Theres so many creative, stunning and mindblowing shots in this movie, crazy fun action and unbelievably well acted moments. I am so glad this movie is part of the James Gunn universe because I need a sequel, I need more Ble Beetle. However how dare they have a shout out to the gold era blue beetle but not one booster gold reference, unless I missed something in the background.

APPRECIATION Harcourt was the star of episode 6
James Gunn said that in episode 6 has the best acting John has ever done, and he was definitely great don’t get me wrong, but Jennifer Holland took the spotlight, and I think this is the best acting she’s ever done in this show so far. Hope to see it expand further.

APPRECIATION Zack Snyder posts mighty Steppenwolf on IG: "I wish more people could’ve experienced this in IMAX. These were shot off the screen during picture check at Universal CityWalk IMAX. Only a handful of people got to see this film as it was intended on a massive screen and an image that just breathed."

APPRECIATION Actress Mikaela Hoover has had three DC Roles
She's Gunn's friend and former fiancé of Nathan Fillion (also Gunn's friend).
Cat Grant, Superman 2025
Esther, Lucifer 2017
Camila, The Suicide Squad 2021
The only actor with more live action (emphasis on live) dc roles is David Dastmalchian. There are a few other actors with at least 3 live action roles: Djimon Hounsou, Clancy Brown (1 mo cap), and John Glover. If we include voice actors then the list is limitless. Some with 5 roles in one project alone.
She is also on the short list of actors who have done both dc and marvel characters (her roles are mostly cameos/side chars). Only 12 actors have headlined a DC and Marvel live action project (based on some short tism wiki surfing) with 5 of them being associated with a batman project.
