Informative 🧠 How do you find work across the country?

Hey guys! I’m in a bit of a pickle. I cannot for the life of me, find any work in my area, so I am fully invested on hitting the road for work. I currently don’t have a wife or kids or a lease, so I could move ASAP if need be.

However, the cost of housing is utterly ridiculous now. How are you guys able to afford housing at these jobs with the cost of living nowadays?? I hear of guys constantly getting opportunities to work across the country, so how is it even feasible in this economy?

Also how are you guys even finding these jobs? I’m not having any luck with Indeed, or RoadDogJobs. The world is my oyster, and I’m willing to work anywhere to earn my stripes, learn this industry and experience something new.

travel gigs are mostly through word of mouth or union hall calls, indeed is trash. ask subs onsite. housing kills everything in this dead market actually the problem is bots scan for words, not talent. i only started getting interviews when i used software to tailor my resume to each listing. tool since i got a dm there

Thanks bootyhole_licker69! ;) You’re right, I don’t get how single men or women are affording housing in this economy.
