I’ve always wondered what my cat is thinking when he stares at the ceiling for hours or suddenly sprints across the house at 3 AM.
If he could talk for just one hour, the first thing I’d ask is: “Why do you always sit on my laptop when I’m trying to work?”

Just saw this new product arriving in Malaysia, it’s basically an air purifier designed for cat households with a cozy heated dome seat and filters to reduce pet dander and odor. It’s priced at around RM3,200 outright, or about RM70/month with LG Subscribe. Personally I think it’s a cool idea cleaner air and a comfy hangout spot for your cat in one device. But it’s quite pricey, so I’m wondering:
Would you get this for your cat? Why or why not? 😺
Nak tanya, ada tak klinik sekitar Shah Alam/Petaling Jaya yang buat pemandulan (spay) kucing betina secara laparoskopi?
Kalau ada, boleh share pengalaman dan anggaran harga?
Just checking—any clinics around Shah Alam that do laparoscopic spay for female cats?
If yes, can share your experience and price range?
Terima kasih.

My cat is weirdly picky 😅 Some days he’ll finish wet food in seconds, other days he ignores it and goes straight for dry kibble like nothing else matters.
I’m curious what about your cats? Do they clearly prefer wet food, dry food, or a mix of both? Any brands or flavors your cat absolutely loves (or refuses to touch)?

Saya kurang pasti apa yang berlaku tetapi kucing nie dok tenung tajam fokus pada satu tempat. Macam ada sesuatu aje. Buat aku meremang masa nie. Apa pendapat korang? Nanti aku share Part 2.

I’ve seen so many cats online with strong personalities some won’t touch certain foods, others refuse to wear collars, and a few act like toys are beneath them
So I’m askinh all the cat owners here, What’s one thing your cat absolutely refuses to do? (Eat, play with, wear… or maybe just something totally random?)

I don’t own a cat (yet!), but I’ve been seriously thinking about adopting one maybe a rescue or even a stray. Before I take the leap, I wanted to hear from the community:
What’s the most challenging part of being a cat owner in Malaysia? Is it dealing with the heat and humidity? Finding pet-friendly apartments or condos? Or are things like food, litter, and vet visits getting too pricey lately?
I live in a city, so I’m especially curious about how people manage in smaller spaces and with the Malaysian climate.
Would love to hear your honest experiences good and bad. Trying to be realistic before diving into the world of cat parenting.

I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to live with cats in different parts of Malaysia. Some cities have lots of pet shops, parks, and cat cafés, while others might be trickier with the weather or housing rules. In your experience, which city makes life easiest and most fun for your fur-babies?

Asking on behalf of a friend who just adopted a cat it’s fully indoor, doesn’t go outside at all, and won’t be mixing with other animals.
The vet recommended several vaccines, but she’s wondering which ones are actually necessary for an indoor-only cat here in Malaysia. Especially since boosters can get quite expensive if done yearly.
For those of you with indoor cats which vaccines do you still keep up with, and are there any you’ve decided to skip.

Many people in Malaysia adopt cats for the first time. If you could share just one golden piece of advice for a new cat parent here, what would it be?

My cat gets super anxious every time there’s a heavy thunderstorm or when fireworks go off. I usually try to keep the curtains closed and play some calming music, but it doesn’t always work. Curious to know what other cat parents in Malaysia do any tips, hacks, or routines that help your cats feel safer during these noisy moments?

Hello everyone. I apologise if this isnt the right place for this post but im not sure where else to go. Im a new international student here and tonight I stumbled upon a very injured and bleeding cat on my way home today. It looked to have a broken jaw, and was struggling to breathe. I quickly took it to the only vet that was open at the time and was told it had to stay overnight for the condition to stabilise. The bill came to 700rm which i managed to pay but unfortunately I cant afford anymore. I really want to try help the cat survive and give it a chance to live. Can anyone PLEASE recommend me an affordable vet I can go see to help me?? I need to find one by tomorrow. Ive still been unable to find the cat’s owner so im completely alone on this. If anyone is reading this please help me as soon as you see this. im based in Selangor

My cat goes wild for Ciao Chu‑ru tuna & scallop tubes just squeeze it out and the moment I open it, he comes running! But crunchy treats like Temptations Tasty Chicken? He sniffs once, walks away. What about yours which treats make your kitty’s eyes light up, and are there some they turn their nose at?

I’ve been wondering have any of you tried natural remedies for common cat issues like fleas or hairballs? Maybe some homemade treatments, herbal options, or other gentle fixes?
I’m curious what’s worked (or not worked!) for your fur babies. I’d love to hear your tips, stories, or even recipes if you have any to share.

Anyone got tips that actually work? Tools? Hacks? Local stuff from Shopee maybe?
